Clint Taylor is the Founder of Ascend Appraisal Solutions Group, a Colorado based appraisal management company built on relationships, communication, and a commitment to quality.
With a background that began in 2005 working with borrowers, lenders, banks, and appraisers, Clint brings a well rounded perspective to the valuation process. He leads Ascend with a focus on building strong partnerships, supporting appraisers, and delivering thoughtful, reliable valuation solutions.
Outside of work, Clint enjoys playing basketball in local leagues and spending time traveling with his wife and two daughters.

Dillon Mapstone
Chief Operating Officer | Partner
Dillon Mapstone is the Chief Operating Officer and partner at Ascend Appraisal Solutions Group, bringing over a decade of experience across the lending and mortgage industry.
With a background spanning processing, operations, and loan support, Dillon understands the full loan lifecycle and works to simplify the appraisal process for lenders through proactive communication and hands on management.

Jeff Radcliff
Controlling Appraiser | Compliance Officer
Jeff Radcliff is the Controlling Appraiser and Compliance Officer at Ascend Appraisal Solutions Group, bringing nearly 35 years of experience as a Certified General Appraiser.
He oversees appraisal quality and compliance across assignments nationwide, ensuring reports meet professional standards while supporting both clients and appraisers throughout the process.
Based in Texas, Jeff is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family. Around the team, he is often referred to as “El Jefe,” a nod to both his leadership and the experience he brings to Ascend.
